heh. dusty in here...

haven't been here in a while. too many other things going on, and nothing really to add, that I haven't said in other places. too many things to read, interesting people out there.

ah well. so life goes.

well, how's things going? the school year is almost over. Spring concerts next week, and then the run to the end... looking forward to the summer, but it's been a pretty good year, all things being equal. we'll see what next year will bring.
no, on second thought, I don't think I'm going to worry about next year at this point. going to enjoy the now.

I have several other online places that keep me busy, so I apologize if you stumbled in here, and asked yourself, "so, what's up with this?"
as background, I'm a middle school teacher, and that means I can't really talk too much in public about my job. I have lots to say about it, but these days, I'm sure someone would find something to complain about, and as litigious as things are, who knows? I could lose my job. not that I think that anything I would have to say would be that serious, but you know how people are.
and, since I'm a "public figure", my opinions about politics, or religion, or what have you, could also be contentious. perhaps I can talk about my favorite flavor of ice cream, or something. (Turkey Hill Cookies and Cream, btw) or maybe I'll just pop in here on a irregular basis and write whatever safely comes to mind... I guess you'll have to come back and find out.
